The Villa was originally purchased in 2007 and has been available for rental since 2009. Initially marketing was through an online agency with bookings direct with the owner. Over the last number of years these service have been removed and the villa is now additionally marketed on the VRBO and TripAdvisor websites, though both sites charge a fee per booking.

The villa is still rented directly to provide a more personal service, and reduce the cost as it removes the fee charged by online service. Credit card payments are not possible for direct bookings, with payment taken through bank transfer to a UK bank (GBP) account or an IBAN transfer in Euro to a Bulgarian bank account.

To secure a booking a deposit of 25% is required with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. Booking terms and conditions will be sent out at the time of booking. For bookings over 8 people an additional surcharge of 40 GBP is payable to cover additional linen, electric, and cleaning.

The villa is non-smoking, but you are free to smoke on the terrace or balcony areas.

A refundable security deposit is required in advance which is returned after the villa has been checked for breakages or damage by our agent. We cater for either families or groups but adjust the security deposit accordingly to suit the different groups and number of people.
