Attractions
The villa is a short distance out of Sunny Beach towards Kosharitsa, and is accessible by a local bus service, car or taxi. In the last few years a footpath and street lighting has been added to the main road making walking an alternative to using a car or bus It takes around 15 minutes to reach the northern end of Sunny Beach where there is then a footpath that runs the length of beach front with shops, bars and restaurants along its length.
The bus service (No.4) runs from Sunny Beach bus station to Kosharitza roughly every hour. For onward travel to Nessebar the bus can either be changed at the top of the main strip or at the Bus Station.
The nearest airport to the villa is Bourgas Airport at a distance of 32km , followed by Varna airport (96km), Plovdiv (294km) and Sofia (417km). A transfer service can be offered for Bourgas and Varna.
A bus service does run from Bourgas Airport to Sunny Beach, approximately every hour. The bus stop is located at the round-about on the outside of the airport and ends at the Sunny Beach bus terminal, where a local bus can be taken to the Almond Hills bus stop which is about 300m from the villa.

Whilst the closest airport to the villa is Bourgas, it can be worth looking at each of the alternatives depending on the number of guests travelling and also whether a car is required for the vacation. Flights to Sofia and Plovdiv can be significantly lower during the Summer months, whereas Bourgas and Varna are higher due to the proximity to the Black Sea resorts.
Bourgas & Varna airport is well served by a number of charter airlines during the summer, and via Wizz Air as a scheduled service throughout the year from Luton Airport. Ryanair also run a service from Luton airport to Bourgas from March to October.
Plovdiv airport is served by Ryanair from London Stansted throughout the year, and Sofia by all major budget airlines (Easyjet, Ryanair, Wizz etc.) throughout the year with the winter season typically being more expensive due to the ski season.

The City of Bourgas is 40km from the villa, and has a range of shops and restaurants situated on a pedestrian precinct. Alternatively there is Mall Galleria which houses a number of larger clothes shops, however it is advisable to use a car as it is on the outskirts of the city.
Outside of Bourgas is the Roman ruins of Deultum, located near to the village of Debelt, and further south from Bourgas is Sozopol a coastal town which has the same look and feel as Nessebar although less commercialised.
Depending on your interest there are a number of attractions close to the villa. Sunny Beach being the closest with a range of attractions from the beach and watersports during the day, through to bars, restaurants and nightclubs on the evening.
A short distance from Sunny Beach is the ancient City of Nessebar with origins that date back as far as 3,200 years ago, and which is known as the birthplace of the coin in the 5th Century. It has a range of shops, churches, restaurants, and local markets during the summer.
The Nessebar AquaPark is the largest in the area, with the greatest variety in Europe if you believe the hype, and is a short free bus journey outside of Sunny Beach. It certainly has a number of rides that are not for the faint hearted.
