External to the lounge and kitchen is a patio area making it ideal for breakfast and evening meals. Lighting is also provided around the perimeter of the complex and on the external walls of the Villa.

There is a range of patio furniture available for use on the patio and around the pool.

A BBQ is also provided for outdoor use.

Bathrooms

There are three bathrooms, one located on the ground floor with shower, sink and toilet and two on the first floor. On the first floor the house bathroom has a bath, over bath shower, sink and toilet whilst the en-suite to the master bedroom has a shower enclosure, sink and toilet.

The master bedroom and ensuite can also be separated by an internal bedroom door, allowing it also to be used as an additional house bathroom.

The lounge and kitchen is open plan with access to the downstairs bedroom if required.

The lounge is furnished with two sofas, TV, DVD, WIFI and Satellite TV, with the Kitchen having Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Oven with Two ring Hob, Washing Machine and Fridge Freezer, and the Dining area having seating for 8 people. 

A range of plates, cutlery and cooking pans is also available.
